Job Description:
Gather user requirements, procedures, & problems to automate & improve existing systems. Coordinate new business process implementation & ensure timely deliverables of high quality tasks. Configure all sub-modules of SAP HR (Personnel Administration, Organizational Assignment, Employee self-services, Payroll, Recruitment) in scope. Write functional specifications of development gaps. Prepare test cases & conduct unit testing, integration testing, & user acceptance testing. Provide technical support of data validation & code behavior of BADI, User exits, enhancements, & reports. Involved in drafting design, table, structure, & field level mapping. Will work in unanticipated locations.

Requires Master’s in Computer Science, Business Administration or related & 1 year experience OR Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business Administration or related & 5 years progressive experience.
